Delete my data

You can request to have your Wayzn account closed and all of your personal data deleted anytime. To proceed, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@wayzn.com with the subject line: "Close my account." In the body of the email please be sure to tell us the email address that was used to create the account.
  2. Check the inbox for the email address you used to create your Wayzn account. Within a few days at most you will receive an email asking you to confirm your request.
  3. Respond to our request to confirm your intent. This step also serves to confirm your identity.

 
Once we receive your confirmation we will take the necessary steps to delete your account and remove your personal data from our systems. Please allow up to one week for this process to complete.
